That’s easy. Ten days. For domestic orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to info@jumpskin.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.

AUTO-DELIVERY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
By subscribing to one of Jump’s Auto-Delivery Subscription plans, you will receive the following benefits:
1. You save an addition 10% off the cost of an individual Pre & Post Workout Kit.

3. You will receive savings and promotions and special access to product drops offered only to Jump Athletes
4. You will not have to remember to re-order products and not interrupt work outs as auto-delivery will manage this for you.

There is currently only one auto delivery subscription plan available. It is for Pre & Post Workout Kits only and includesauto delivery every 90 days(exact shipment time may vary).
Absolutely not. You do not need to buy kits through the subscription plan. You have options and can buy a Pre & Post Workout Kit whenever you want or need a kit. There is no obligation for Auto- Delivery, it is just another alternative if you don’t want to remember to re-order when you might be running low on product.
You may cancel at any time before receiving your next order is shipped. If an order is shipped, there are no returns and you will be responsible for the payment installments related to the most recent shipment. Your cancellation will stop future shipments, those that have not shipped. You can cancel future shipments at any time without penalty, and for any reason at all. You will only be billed for orders shipped prior to your cancellation notice. Once shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us via Live Chat.
We will send you an email reminder 3 days before we charge your credit card and ship your next product, in case you need to cancel your subscription plan.
If your credit card or debit card is declined when we process your charge, or if your credit card has expired, we will notify you via email and not ship the product.
Once we ship your product, you cannot return it and your credit card will be processed according to your subscription plan amounts every month until your next shipment is shipped. Remember to contact us via LIVE CHAT if you want to cancel, skip or delay prior to shipment date, otherwise you will be charged for that shipment.

1. We recommend, nor more than a pea size amount of our product be used on the skin overlying each muscle group or body area, exercised that day.
2. For simplicity, we will assume 3-4 body areas being worked out in a day.
