HYDRATING TONER is an alcohol free freshening gentle toner. Toners are known to simulate the skin by helping remove dull surface cells, facilitating cell renewal, and brightening the appearance. 

HYDRATING TONER is unique in that it contains a natural botanical blend of extracts combined with Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMFs) in an optimized delivery system. Botanical extracts and moisturizing factors have been known to help increase cell membrane fluidity, as well as the skin’s structural hydration systems. Toners have also been known to help reduce trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), while rendering the skin supple, smooth and more flexible.

Anytime after cleansing or after showering, saturate one of Jump’s Wet & Wash towels, or use a washcloth or small towel with Hydrating Toner and stroke on the skin.
