MICRODERMABRASION FACE WASH & BODY SCRUB helps to mechanically remove all "Bad sweat and oily skin grime" pre work out. The act of physically cleansing and rinsing has been known to remove bacteria, viruses, impurities and other contaminants on the skin and that may cause Acne. Look good in gym as cleansers are known to leave skin clean, soft and hydrated. Hydration and softness of skin are critical for flexibility prior to work out.
Also, Jojoba oil is chemically one of the most similar oils to the natural oil the skin produces (sebum) making it bio-mimetic. And, Prime’s Safflower and Olive oil are excellent emollient oils that have been known to prevent trans epidermal water loss, inhibit dryness and combat chafing.
Apply to moistened skin, avoiding the eye area. Using fingertips, massage over muscle groups in circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Suggestions: Use 2-3 x per week as tolerated.
